Picked and Pressed on November 22, 2024.  Unfiltered. There is no Fresher or Healthier Olive Oil you can purchase. The 100% Arbequina Olives impart a Robust, Grassy, Pungent flavor that is only available in our Unfiltered Olive Oil.
